Special Giving Areas of Interest
Mr. UNCF Jarvis Competition and Jarvis Christian University Pre-Alumni Council
As a recent Jarvis graduate, throughout my education, I have benefited so much from the general scholarship fund and scholarships through the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) partner organizations such as the Toyota, Coca-Cola First Generation, Empower Me Tour, and Wells Fargo. Additionally, I received the Texas Association of Development Colleges (TADC) scholarship. As a recipient, I was able to pay for my tuition and fees and did not have to worry about loans. I was selected as a UNCF student ambassador as well as earned the title of Mr. UNCF First Place Runner Up. These opportunities are ranked among my greatest accomplishments throughout my educational journey at Jarvis Christian University. You can see how these scholarship funds really help students further their career pathways. And this is why donating to Jarvis Christian University will assist the next generation of Jarvis students in obtaining their educational and career goals.
To sum up, financial assistance is necessary for many potential college students, especially those planning careers that require many years. Donating at Jarvis Christian University will strengthen many academic programs like the one I was enrolled in, and will also be used to assist students in paying for courses, school activities, technology, and housing. Overall, donations will help students accomplish their current goals and move from one life stage to another and eventually become successful JCU leaders in the world
